I live surrounded by nature and my three beloved dogs in the Irish countryside, devoted to the realities of living in a female body — spiritually, emotionally, and sexually.
My approach is trauma-informed, integrative, and compassionate — honouring your boundaries, readiness, and natural rhythm.
I hold full qualifications in Somatic Intimacy and Relationship Coaching, Grief Education, Onco-Sexuality, NLP Mastery, Life Coaching, Heart Yoga Meditation, Yoga Teaching, Energy Healing, and a variety of bodywork modalities.
This blend of disciplines allows me to hold a space that honours both your humanity and your spirit — where transformation arises naturally through presence, safety, and connection.

How do I prepare?

Come exactly as you are.

There’s nothing to do perfectly — only to give yourself permission to slow down and arrive fully.

You may wish to:

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely.
  • Avoid eating a heavy meal right before your session.
  • Take a few quiet moments to connect with your breath and set an intention — perhaps, “I wish to feel more connected to myself.”

This is your time to receive, to rest, and to come home to your body.

Is this sexual?

No — this work is not sexual in the conventional sense.

There is no sexual service or exchange of any kind.

These sessions are a form of somatic and sacred bodywork — a trauma-informed exploration of your sensual energy.

The intention is to awaken your erotic aliveness and restore safety, awareness, and pleasure within your own body.

Sensual energy may naturally arise — it’s welcomed as part of your healing, yet never expected or directed toward performance or release.

If it feels right for you and is within your clear consent, the session may include Yoni Massage as part of healing and pleasure exploration.

This is always optional, discussed beforehand, and guided with deep respect and sensitivity.

Everything unfolds at your pace, with awareness, safety, and full choice at every step.

Do I need to be naked?

No — you never have to be naked.

Your comfort, boundaries, and choice are honoured at every moment.

Some women prefer to stay partially covered, others may choose to be fully naked — both are completely welcome. You can also adjust at any time during the session.

This work is about freedom, not expectation — an invitation to connect with your body from a place of safety, trust, and self-respect.

What if I feel nervous or emotional?

That’s absolutely okay — and actually very common.

These sessions often bring deep relaxation, emotional release, or gentle tears as your body begins to feel safe enough to let go.
You’re always held in a compassionate, non-judgmental space.

Whatever arises — tears, laughter, stillness, or silence — is welcome and honoured.

What should I wear?

Please wear whatever helps you feel comfortable, relaxed, and free — soft clothing that allows easy movement and breathing.

For in-person sessions, you may begin fully clothed and adjust as your comfort deepens. You’ll also be offered a sarong or light covering if you wish to wear one during the session.

For online sessions, choose a quiet, private space where you can feel warm, safe, and undisturbed.

The focus is always on your comfort, choice, and ability to relax into the experience.

Can I touch you?

No — these sessions are designed for you to receive.

There is no intimate or sexual touch toward me.

Gentle, non-intimate contact (like holding hands or a supportive touch on the arm) may happen naturally, but the focus always remains entirely on you and your process.

What if I don’t live nearby? Do you travel?

Yes — I am based in Co. Wexford – Ireland and visit Co.Galway, Co. Cavan and Co. Cork four times a year. I am also available to go abroad or other Counties by arrangement.

What happens during a session?

Every session is unique — a co-created journey guided by your needs, energy, and boundaries in the moment.

We begin with gentle conversation, where you can share how you’re feeling, what you wish to explore, and any boundaries you’d like to set. Together, we create a clear, safe container before anything begins.

From there, we move into breathwork, grounding, and somatic practices to help your body relax and open naturally.

If it feels right for you, the session may include conscious touch, energy work, or Yoni massage — always at your pace and with your ongoing consent.

Throughout the experience, you’re invited to stay connected to your breath, sensations, and inner rhythm. You can pause, speak, or adjust at any time.

We close with quiet integration, giving your body time to rest, absorb, and anchor what was experienced.

Most women leave feeling nourished, peaceful, and deeply connected — more open, centered, and alive in their bodies.

Can I come if I’ve experienced sexual trauma?

Yes — absolutely. Many women who come to this work have experienced some form of sexual, relational, or emotional wounding.

You are welcome exactly as you are, with your story, your pace, and your boundaries.

These sessions are designed to restore safety, trust, and connection within your own body.

Through breath, presence, and gentle somatic practices, we create a foundation of safety before any touch or deeper exploration takes place.

Nothing is ever forced or rushed. You are always in control — your consent, comfort, and readiness guide every step of the process.

This is a space for healing, empowerment, and remembrance — where your body’s wisdom leads the way home.

Do I need to have experience with Tantra or bodywork?

Not at all. Most women who come to these sessions are completely new to Tantra, somatic work, or conscious touch.

Everything unfolds at your pace, with clear guidance and gentle introduction to each practice. You don’t need to know how to “do” anything — your only task is to show up with openness and curiosity.

This work is about listening to your body, not performing. It’s a journey of discovery, empowerment, and trust — meeting yourself exactly where you are and allowing your natural wisdom to awaken.

Does your sessions have an age limit?

This work w is open to women of all ages, starting from 18 years old.

There’s no upper age limit — my oldest participant so far was 85, and the practices were adapted beautifully to meet her needs.

Each session is tailored to your energy, experience, and body, so you’ll be fully supported exactly where you are in life.

Does your sessions serve wheelchair users or people with disabilities?

Yes, absolutely. Accessibility and inclusion are very important to me.

If you use a wheelchair or have specific mobility or health needs, please reach out before booking so we can ensure the space and practices are adapted for your comfort.
If you need to bring a carer or support person, they are also warmly welcome.

My intention is to make this experience safe, accessible, and deeply nourishing for everyone who feels called to this work.

What’s the cancellation policy?

To secure your booking, a deposit is required. If you need to cancel, the deposit is non-refundable.

If you wish to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will require a new deposit to book another time.
